Guy Loisi has been in the real estate and construction industry for almost 30 years. His love affair with the industry began fresh out of college when he worked for a national homebuilding company in his hometown of Chicago, IL. For the next 14 years, he was involved in many facets of real estate and development as a builder, Realtor and investment property owner. He has extensive experience as both a singular owner of investment properties and as a partner.
He moved to the Valley of the Sun in 2001, where he and his wife immediately became residents of Fountain Hills, Arizona. They have raised their three children in the community, while Guy was involved in some of the East Valley’s largest, most successful real estate developments. As the managing partner of Rowland Luxury Homes for 11 years, the company enjoyed such notable projects as the Apache Cottages at Desert Mountain and the construction of the InterContinental Montelucia Resort & Spa in Paradise Valley. He also owns National Construction Services, Inc., a consulting services for the real estate and construction industry.
Guy provides the complimentary blend of leadership with construction skills gained in hands on experience in both commercial and residential projects that only the most experienced industry executives can claim.
As the managing partner of one of the valley’s most recognized development leaders, Guy understands the complexities of the industry from every facet, and thrives on developing and maintaining client relationships, as well as overseeing the progress of all projects to maintain or improve project budgets, schedules and quality objectives. Guy works with staff on a day to day basis to ensure the smooth flow of business, projects, and implements new policies and procedures as needed. He is an expert at client customer service and has a passion for creating extraordinary experiences at every level for his clients.
In his spare time, Guy enjoys automotive restoration and music, especially rock ‘n roll of the 1970’s and 80’s. He and wife Anna are proud of their children, two of whom are still in college and each developing their own direction in life.
