Dan and his partner Liane Locy begin by educating their clients about the steps involved in the loan process so that everyone has clear expectations. Loan requirements have become increasingly more complex over the 20 years Dan has been a Loan Officer. “Communication is more important than ever to keep the fear factor out of the mortgage equation. We look at each new loan as the cornerstone of a working relationship that accomplishes our client’s immediate goals and also sets the stage for working together as their housing needs evolve over time”.
